PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS

Artist/Band requirements
At least 4 (preferably more) 13 AMP socket at the venue situated at a convenient distance to playing area. There should be a reasonably sized performance area/secure stage; approx 10ft x 4ft or more.
Licensing
A valid Public liability insurance certificate is held.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is payable to secure bookings. The preferred method of payment is via bank account transfer (also known as BACS). Contact Judy Blue for account details. Cheques can only be accepted up to 7 days prior to the due date. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the provisional booking being made, the booking will be canceled.
No alterations will be made to the initially agreed fee if client reduces contractual performance times after booking.
Balance
The remaining balance must be settled 7 days before the day of your event – if paying by cheque a reasonable time must be given to allow for clearance. In unique circumstances the remaining balance will be accepted in CASH on the day of the event prior to the performance; This must be arranged and agreed with the Management in advance and confirmed in writing.
